2005 Alembic Skylark
Excellent Condition (please see photos)
New Alembic Skylarks cost $13,500, plus $650 case, plus extra for lighted fret markers - total new cost around $15K! Used Skylarks are a "relative" bargain!!!
Translucent Red Finish
Flamed maple top and headstock
Mahogany Body, continuous wood back plates
Red side LEDs
Ebony fingerboard
Mother of pearl fret maker inlays
Vol, Filter, Off/On/Bright per pickup
Brass hardware
Original G&G case
The scale is 24.75”
Neck width at the nut is 1.58”
Neck width at the 24th fret is 2.18”.
Note - I believe it has the original tuners but they were replaced at some point with something else and now put back in place. There is a small hole by each tuner, barely noticeable.
I am also planning to post this guitar on The Gear Page, the Alembic Club site and locally.
I'm in the Tampa Bay area. Save on shipping.
Reverb fees and taxes are getting prohibitive for higher dollar guitars, imo.
