This nice little parlor guitar was likely made by Lyon & Healy . All original finish . Birch body spruce top. Original wood nut. Non original bridge with new fret wire saddle. Action is .140 at the twelfth fret. Great vintage sound. There is a crack in the top above the high E string that has been glued and cleated. Also a small section of binding that had come loose and has been reglued (see pics) . Comes with the original end load case with missing flap. This is a vintage parlor guitar that is being sold as is . As always these guitars should be de-tuned when not in use.
