New mint condition Rick Turner Model 1 four string bass with all the custom options!  Beautiful quilted maple top with stunning sunburst finish.  This bass also has the upgrade 5 piece neck of maple and purple heart.  Amazing fancy marquetry purfling on the top and headstock as well as custom turned wooden knobs round out the package.  This bass has a humbucker neck pickup, and a piezo bridge pickup.  The active circuit is very similar to an Alembic circuit and has unlimited tonal variations.  You will not see a finer example of a Model 1 anywhere, and the bass plays effortlessly and sounds truly incredible.  It is also quite light weight, and balances well.  Rick only makes one or two basses per year if that, as his time is spent making mostly 6 string guitars of the Model 1 made famous by Lindsey Buckingham of Fleetwood Mac.  If you want the ultimate in features, rarity, and tone, this is the bass for you.  Comes with original semi hardshell case shown in photos.  Ships the same day payment is received via Fedex Ground to the lower 48 States.  Feel free to toss out an offer.
