Craviotto 6.5x14 solid curly maple Private Reserve Snare Drum "Builder's Choice" - Unique

Steve's Notes: NEW! Craviotto "Builder's Choice" snare drums! I asked the team at Craviotto if they would like to do a series of special one-off snares with build specs decided by the team. The answer was an enthusiastic "yes". So, I commissioned the first eight of these great drums. Our team of master builders determines the shell species, depth, hardware, edges, etc, and the end result will be some very cool and unique drums. Some of these will be Custom Shop and some will be Private Reserve, so we'll have a variety of price points available.

This drum is the #3 of the eight I commissioned and it is unique.

STEVE’S NOTES: I am particularly fond of this one. The curly maple shell has superb curl, and I love the visual of the chrome lugs against the brass plated rims, tension rods and strainer. Of course, a 6.5 Craviotto is going to be a sonic masterpiece as well.
