Up for sale we have a 1996 MIM Fender Stratocaster HSS signed by good friends of the shop and legendary surf rock band, The Ventures. Signatures include Nokie Edwards, Bob Bogle, Don Wilson and Leon Taylor. The guitar is in very good overall condition showing only minor signs of age with the odd ding and dent but overall a clean and tidy MIM Stratocaster with no cracks, repairs or modifications. The guitar features a 25 1/2" scale length, solid Alder body with comfort contour cutaways, solid Maple neck, Rosewood fingerboard with pearl dot inlaid fret markers, three single coil pickups with two tone controls and a master volume control, 5-way pickup selector switch and a Vibrato tailpiece. The medium sized neck features a comfortable C-shape profile measuring .87" deep at the first fret and .95" deep at the twelfth fret. Width at the nut measures 1 5/8". The original medium jumbo frets are present and show very little visible play wear. The guitar weighs in at 7 lbs. 14 oz. Includes gig bag and will be professionally packed with care. Thanks for looking.
