This is an API 1604 console built in 1977 or thereabouts. It is not currently working, and will need full restoration and additional modifications to work as shown.

I bought this as a short-loaded console, with only four input channels fitted. I intended to fill out the missing input modules with (16) monitor channels for DAW or tape return, turning it into a reasonably sized, great sounding mixer to use with ProTools, etc. These modules are shown placed in position in the console, but are not wired in, and will require modification of the motherboard to function. Not technically difficult for a good tech, but will require time and $ to make functional. There are (8) extra monitor modules for parts/repair. The (8) EQs work, as does the test oscillator. The 525 compressor shown in the pictures is NOT included. Comes with (18) original 325 line boosters, all of which have the appropriate Huntington 2520 opamps, all of which work. It is missing two small metal panels, a pan knob, and several push button switch covers in the master section. The rest of the console and power supply is complete but untested, and is sold as-is.

Located in Western Massachusetts, near Northampton. I would prefer pickup, but am open to having it shipped. You will have to make all shipping arrangements.
