A truly special guitar. Number 3 of only 25 in existence. It evokes the style of the 50s and 60s airline models with all the functionality and playability of the modern builds.
I have spent weeks searching for information on this model as none is widely available to the public. The original retailer I bought it from Dawsons Music has gone under and the company itself doesn’t have any information.
However in interviews I found the following details are specified:
The body is made of Alder
The fretboard is Rosewood
The neck is made of Mahogany
The neck profile is modelled after an Airline guitar
The pickups are a set of three Seymour Duncan SH2 Jazz pickups
There is a a five way selector as well as push pull pots for coil splitting
The weight of the guitar is 4.7kg or 10.36 pounds
I have this priced quite high because it would be a fairly reluctant sale, but I am trying to start a family and I would rather it go towards that. This is the only pro model variant of this guitar to ever go back on sale to the public since the initial release in 2013. These didn’t come with a case but I’ll include a gig bag in the sale as a bonus incentive. If you have any questions feel free to send me a message. Also please note the original finish was never white. It has always been a sort of off white style pearl finish.
