Excelsior Citation C-25 1960 Amplifier for sale. Never left my smoke free private home studio except for light service by Terry Dobbs (aka Mr Valco). Not the most valuable, but it is the rarest amp in my collection and in crazy clean condition. In over 12 yrs of collecting I've seen only one of these for sale, along with two C-15's. All three were beat to hell. There isn't much info out there on Excelsior. I know some were made by Sano in New Jersey. - About 30 watts via a pair of Groove Tubes 6L6GE tubes and vintage USA 5U4 rectifier.
- Four vintage USA 12ax7a.
- Original 1960 Jensen P15N Alnico5 Speaker in beautiful condition.
- Original point to point, old school hand wired, two channel, four input with Vibrato. Jumping the channels sounds glorious.
- Original door stop footswitch for Vibrato.
