The SV2009SC's garahaku finish is inspired by and achieved using traditional Japanese foil lacquer craft skill. The guitar features a mahogany body bolted to a maple and walnut Wizard Prestige neck with a 24-fret rosewood fingerboard with binding and special inlay at the twelfth fret. Components include Ibanez pickups with a pair of True Duo Blast flanking a Short Tracer , a tremolo with ball bearing pivot and a removable ZPS tuning stabilizer and Gotoh tuning machines.
The SV2009SC was produced in limited numbers and was available only in 2009.
