Made in the same Fujigen Gakki factory as the Original Ibanez JEM guitar line. The EX 1 has an alder body with bolt-on maple neck with dot inlays on a rosewood fingerboard. It has 22 jumbo frets, a scale length of 25.5" (i.e. 648 mm) and a neck radius of 16.9" (430 mm).
