Pro-Ject RPM 10.1 Evolution High Fidelity Audiophile Turntable

Manufactured in 2011

This turntable is very slightly used and comes from my personal collection

•Belt drive system for perfect speed stability and minimal vibration transmission

•Speed: 33 1⁄3, 45 (manual speed change) except

•Wow and flutter: ±0.01 (WRMS)

•Signal to noise ratio: -72dB

•Plinth: MDF with layered damping system for isolation and resonance control

•Tonearm: 10 inch carbon fiber tonearm

•Effective tonearm length: 245 mm

•Cartridge headshell: With pre-installed, high quality Ortofon 2M Red cartridge

•Power supply: linear power supply, works with 110-240V, 50/60Hz

•Counterweight: Adjustable

•Feet: Sorbothane damped, adjustable

• adjustable tone arm height

• The platter is also very heavy, helping add mass and reduce resonance again. However, the advantage of high mass can also result in a higher rumble of the main bearing. So to avoid the decline of sound quality in this respect, magnets are positioned to make the platter almost float on the inverted main bearing, with its ceramic ball and plate.

The Pro-Ject RPM 10.1 Evolution is a high-end, belt-drive turntable with many advanced features to provide a top-notch audiophile listening experience from your vinyl record collection. The carbon fiber tonearm, and layered plinth damping provide superior isolation, accuracy, and vibration control for detailed, rich sound reproduction. The included Ortofon 2M Red cartridge.
