ESP M-II Black 2009 Electric Guitar with ESP Hard Case

Here for sale we have an ESP M-II in black finish. Built in Japan in 2009, this guitar features a bolt-on construction comprising an Alder Body and Maple neck with 24 fret Maple fingerboard. This instrument is equipped Black Nickel hardware including a Floyd Rose Original Tremolo, locking nut and Gotoh tuning machines. The pickups are active EMG 81s in both the neck and bridge positions. 

The Maple neck feels fast and precise, with the Extra Thin Flat neck profile paired with the Extra Jumbo frets ensuring that fretting is an articulate and easy affair in any register. The super strat body feels very comfortable in the arms, with body contours enhancing comfort on long practice sessions and gigs. The neck joint is sculpted to improve fret access, which is already fantastic thanks to the large cutaways. 

The Active EMG 81 pickups provide searing rock and metal tones, with an incredibly tight low end that sounds fantastic when chugging riffs. The midrange is clear and precise, with crisp highs that ensure you easily cut through even the densest mix. The neck position provides a thick harmonically rich tone that sustains beautifully and ensures that your solos sound tight and controlled.

Aesthetic Condition:

Headstock: Overall very good condition, the front face demonstrates light yet consistent scratching, as is common with high gloss black finishes. The sides, edges and rear face are well maintained, demonstrating very light denting in places and light discolouration.

Neck: Overall excellent condition, the neck demonstrates two light dents behind the first fret, as well as a dent to the edge of the fingerboard on the bass side of the first fret. Otherwise the neck and fingerboard demonstrate minimal markings.

Body: Overall very good condition, the body demonstrates light yet consistent scratching, as is common with high gloss black finishes. A small dent can be seen on the front face below the bridge, not breaking the finish. The neck plate to the rear shows signs of wear to the treble edge, consistent with regular use.

Condition of Frets:

The frets demonstrate light signs of use, not affecting playability. There is considerable material remaining for any future work the new owner may wish to perform.
