1994 Grit Laskin Jumbo 12 String Brazilian Rosewood in VG Condition with Original Calton Case. Absolutely gorgeous Figured Brazilian Rosewood Back and Sides with both Top and Back beveled contours for playing comfort (a widely copied Grit Laskin trademark feature). Highly Figured Flame Maple Neck with Ebony fingerboard and Snowflake Inlay. This guitar was inventoried and sold by Mandolin Bros in 1993 (?) however the inner label reads 1994. This particular guitar, according to Mandolin Bros, was the very first Laskin to feature the Back Bevel! Grit Laskin has confirmed that the timing is correct for this early feature and could indeed be so! This beauty is in structurally perfect condition but does exhibit heavy finish checking and finish bubbling around bridge and tuners. There is also some outlines inscribed in to the headstock face which may or may not be original to the instrument. Sound is Big, Bold and "in your face" Loud!! Here's your chance to own an Early and Historic Laskin 12 String. Comes with Original Calton HSC. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FOR THIS GUITAR.
