Fantastic sound booth, great isolation, floating room, totally silent ventilation, clean inside, some wear outside (lived with cats)

Reason for selling: Has been great for the last five years but I’m upgrading, remodeling the entire room to be a studio.

Has lived with cats. They were never inside of it but certainly did climb on it, leading to fraying around the edges and they would hang out at the top. Top surfaces have been cleaned to the best of our ability.

Few patches in outside material where you can see guitar hangers had been installed.

Comes with adapters for the inputs to work with american circuits.

Assembly comes together like a big lego set. Can be configured in a few ways or attached to other pieces from the same company.

Comes with original ceiling light, though I never used it.

self installed collapsable shelf, can be taken out, but I found it really useful

Can come with the matching chair I kept in there and used to record acoustic guitar.

Must pick up in chicago. Highly recommend hiring movers as these pieces are pretty heavy.
