This is a German-made blues bass board that plays the I-IV-V notes in any key. Pretty cool! Plug it in to your amp with a 1/4" cable and you are good to go. 3 different bass effects - great sound! Note that it must be plugged in (no battery option). Euro plug so requires a converter for US (I'll provide).
