Up for sale is my much loved 1985 Ibanez Roadstar II RB650 Bass. Fantastic overall condition for its age with the usual swirls and superficial wear from normal use. A little bit of finish checking on the back (likely from buckle rash). The bottom strap button screw is loosely installed and the bass would benefit from having a new hole pre-drilled and the button moved over slightly. This bass plays superbly with unbelievably fast and low action. Straight neck and lots of life left on the frets. Incredibly responsive and highly musical pickups! The RB650 has the benefit of having both the P and J style pickups and the resultant sonic versatility is impressive. Very high quality MIJ instrument. This is a Fender killer for sure. I am only selling to offset my recent purchase of a 1973 Rickenbacker 4001. This sale includes the pictured TKL padded gig bag. Feel free to ask any questions.
