Featured here is this beautiful 1947 Martin 00-28g (g for gut strings).
It’s unusual guitar features, Brazilian rosewood back and sides, a spruce time and a mahogany neck. It’s also unusual, because the Martin decal is on the back of the headstock. The serial number indicates a 1947 build date, and this was not a high production guitar, by any means. It has incredibly good tone and it plays beautifully. The information is correct and the action is very good. Included with the Guitars is a very nice fitted hard shell case. This is like an exceptional guitar at a very low starting bid. This actually has to be played and heard to be fully appreciated.
