Martin 0-17 12 Fret 1931 Pre-War Project Guitar - Brazilian Rosewood Neck

This is a very rare Martin model, you don't see many of the 12 fret all mahogany 0-17s around as not many were produced. This one dates to 1931 and appears to be all original.

As you can see from the pictures the bridge has come off and the bridge plate has cracked, along with that there is significant bellying in the lower bout under the bridge. The X-braces have cracked on each side near the lower bout, I included a picture that illustrates that. 

There is one hairline crack on the back that runs about 4-5 inches but other than that the back and sides appear to be crack free and in considerably good condition with the original finish. Neck and frets are in great shape, fretboard is made of Brazilian Rosewood as well as the headplate. Looks like the frets were replaced at some point.
