Backstage will accept return items within 7 days of the sale.

Returns accepted when we receive them in the same condition they were in when shipped. Restocking fee applies when new items are returned in other than new condition.

Shipping charges are not refundable.

Buyer pays return shipping. Buyer pays any out-bound shipping costs that were not covered by the shipping amount charged at checkout.

When a 'free shipping" item is returned, the refund will be the amount of the sale less our shipping costs for outbound shipping.

Our shipping costs are what we actually pay the carrier (i.e., UPS, FedEx, or the postal service). We do not charge for handling, packaging, or any of that other stuff.
