Antique Series combine the brilliance of classic, lathed Traditional Series and the dryness of raw, unlathed Turk Series. The varied playing surfaces provide a wide range of sonic textures. Crashes produce a slightly mellowed tone with quick decay. Rides express themselves with strong definition and ample but controlled overtones, open up slightly before rolling back into tight, sweet articulated sticking patterns with an excellent bell sound.
