Up for grabs is this completely killer 1978 Marshall JMP 2203 Master Model Mk2 Lead 100-watt head. This is the amp to storm the gates for. It's massive, crisp, responsive and with the Lynch Mod a completely devastating beast. My days of the volume and weight this brings is sadly over. I hate to let it go, but in order to continue to be able to work I have to give up quite a bit to bring what's needed. With the exception of two orange coupling caps and screen grid resistor, this amp is all original including the original Drake transformers along with its original blue Daly can capacitors. It sports a quad of fresh of JJ EL-34 & 12AX7’s. The Lynch Mod is loaded with fresh hi-gain JJ 12AX7803s for an even more angry jolt of increased power. Cosmetically, this amp has been played. It's a workhorse. So, if you're looking for a showpiece, this is not for you. This amp is pure Marshall awesome. Period. As for the solder used for the ground for the Lynch Mod, that's strictly on the surface of the chassis. * As 5.1.23: I’ve added a custom Studio Slips padded soft case at no extra charge.
