This is a great condition 1961 Harmony Mercury Statotone. Sounds and plays great and as you can see it looks super...Beautiful flame maple--look long and hard at that back. It plays like melting butter but it's so purty ya almost 'want to handle it too much--- but it is solid as a rock and ready to rock. Neck is straight, frets are in great shape, pick up is strong and clear. Pots work swell and the 3 way switch works too... though position 2 is not much different from position 1...which is actually good because that is the position you want. It sounds heavenly...and position 3 almost sounds like a piezo it is so crystalline and clean. Comes with a very good condition two-tone original case [Geez--that plush case is worth $100 alone].
