Up for sale is a 2018 Taylor 816CE Grand Symphony Acoustic Electric guitar in tobacco sunburst. The electronic Expression system has been play tested and working as it should, it boasts beautiful premium craftsmanship with 4 ply wood binding, fully maple bound fretboard and headstock, inlay work and wood and abalone inlayed Rosette.

This 816CE looks to have had a top split at some point and was professionally repaired at Taylor. This is right behind the bridge on the soundboard seam and was done beautifully. Its hard to determine what the split looked like or how long it might have been due to the amazing and exceptional job they did. There is a darker line along the seam of the soundboard but again hard to tell if that is just a mineral streak in the spruce or part of the repair that now is smooth as glass. There are a few minor dings on the top, one on the upper bout and a few smaller ones on the front upper bout above the fretboard (as pictured). Comes with its Taylor case.

This 816CE Grand Symphony is full of rich tones, beautiful playability and eye catching appeal. This has a solid Sitka spruce top, solid Indian Rosewood back and sides, beautiful and functional Florentine cutaway with laminated wood pick guard. This guitar is a few years old but is shows very nicely and well taken care of, if you have been looking for a Taylor that sounds and plays fantastic and also makes your buddies wish they had one too, this might be the one you've been looking for!

It has the word "Used" gently pressed into the back of the headstock per agreements with the manufacturer. This ensures you are getting a quality instrument that has been inspected, setup, repaired if needed and ready to play upon arrival.

Sometimes the word "used" is lightly pressed into the back of the headstock per manufacturer agreements.  For many, the "used" stamp is looked at as a sign of quality, giving confidence that a used instrument originating from MIRC has been properly set-up and refurbished by a professional tech.

Our Business hours are Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm and closed on the weekends. Any sales that occur after these hours will be shipped out first thing the following business day.
