This special flute was crafted from sustainably and consciously sourced Northern Catalpa. This flute has been ebonized and sanded, and has been finished with tung oil. The block is made from California buckeye burl, and turquoise, and is tied on with leather cord and Czech glass beads. The flute has been wrapped in two places with synthetic sinew.
This flute will arrive wrapped in cloth and will include a pdf description and a fingering chart to get you started.



This flute responds well to medium/hard breath pressure and has a clean, very slightly breathy and meditative tone.

These flutes are a combination of fine art sculpture, musical instrument, and meditation tool. This instrument is in the key of “A” and plays wonderfully. The sound is clean and at a very nice volume - not too loud and not too soft.
