In rough condition, however it does work. Comes with a non-original 9VDC power supply.
In addition to the rough cosmetics, three of the small knobs are missing and some are reverse-pointed, meaning the indicator is 180 degrees out of line, only because of where I put them. The back input and output jacks are new and the backup battery is good. The display is bright and clear, but the lens is in rough shape.
Other than the rough package, it works quite well. It is quieter than most (they could be a little bit noisy), and has a stronger output signal than most of them.
Please note the 9VDC power supply for these units is center-positive, so the polarity would need to be reversed if you wanted to run it off of a typical 9VDC center-negative, multiple output supply.
It is sold as-is and priced accordingly.
