The Jose Ramirez of Japan...1969 Hiroshi Tamura P-30
We're not kidding about the comparison. These 60's and early 70's Tamura's are among the finest classical guitars for tone and playability that we have found. And best of all, they do not cost an arm and a leg. Hiroshi took the skills he learned after years of study in Spain and recreated the best qualities of those models in Japan. He was even given the nickname "Tamirez" in his heyday due to the sheer quality of his handmade guitars. This model is appointed with many of the same specs as a high end Ramirez. She has a well seasoned cedar top with gorgeous high quality rosewood top and sides. The bridge is also rosewood with a fine bone saddle. The inlays are intricate and the tuners are high end. The neck is solid Honduran mahogany with a smooth and supple ebony fretboard. Everything is original. The set up is just right for hours comfortable play. The frets have minimal wear and the condition overall is absolutely excellent. No cracks or repairs with only a couple of very small superficial dings. Comes in original hard case. You could spend 5 times the amount you will pay for this amazing classical for a Ramirez. Or, you could add a fantastic classical to your collection (you know every collection needs a great classical guitar) that will be something you will pull out and play all the time because it just sounds so amazing. The golden era of Japanese craftsmanship awaits....Don't delay!
