From the 1960's this is a Gretsch Clip Mount long Tom Arm complete with a bracket which goes on tom. It's in decent shape for its age with some scratches, rust, and pitting. Arm is fully functional. Bracket is as well but does not include mounting screws. See the pictures for more details!
