This is a Carvin Bolt electric guitar that was assembled from Carvin's Bolt kit. It is the same guitar as the Bolt T, which sells direct from Carvin for $800-1000 depending on parts selection. It has a solid Alder wood body that was sanded and stained then polyed and buffed. Very resonant! The Maple Neck was 'pro' finished and is beautiful to look at and play! Ebony fretboard. 22 medium/jumbo frets in very good condition. 25.5" scale length. Neck is straight. All electronics are original Carvin USA-made and assembled. Original Carvin Three S60A Black Single-Coil Pickups, Master 'Volume' and 'Tone' Controls, 5-Way Pickup Selector Switch and a 'Mini-Toggle' switch that allows all seven pickup combinations! Gold Plated Locking Tuning Machines. Gold-plated Wilkinson Tremolo (Includes Whammy Bar. Plating is a little worn on the 'bass strings' side - see photo). It currently has Schaler end pins, but Jim Dunlop Strap Locks (includes Strap Buttons) will also be included.

 I own about 20 guitars (another Carvin C3 and an American Fender Stratocaster Deluxe), so this just doesn't get played. It sounds very good and has a smooth, flat neck. Very easy to play. I've also owned various similarly priced Stratocasters such as a Mexican Strat and a Korean Alvarez fat strat. This is better than both. It will be far better than any Chinese, Indonesian, etc. build quality and very comparable to nice Korean builds (I have several). The real advantage to the Carvin Bolt is that you get all American parts! Ask questions. It has new Diadario 10's on it and was just set up.
