Here is a factory left handed 1996 Martin HD28.
Non factory Tusq XL nut installed is not a perfect fit and needs replacing. Guitar plays fine but string spacing is a little narrow and treble side is too low.
There is a slight bellying behind the bridge mostly on the bass side. I can slip a single sheet of paper behind the bridge at a few spots. Does not affect playability.
Guitar has been kept in a humidified case and non original hard case is included.
Some minor dings in the top as would be expected for a 27 year old guitar. See pictures.
Martin specs say the low E should be 6/64 to 7/64 @ the 12th. I measured a little less than 9/64.
High E should be 4/64 to 5/64 and I measured right around 4/64, maybe a little less.
Plenty of saddle there to make small adjustments if desired.
