This mbira has been well cared for! Its well made keys sound beautiful. Every key has an open sound and it really sings. The instrument was made by Garakayi Tirikoti in his Mavembe tuning, other wise known as gandanga (Western equivalent - Phrygian). Tuned to G so You can play with western instruments. This mbira also can be played in Tirikoti’s mbira orchestra style which involves instruments of different tunings. Sounds sweet in duet with mbira in the same tuning as well. Please check out the other one I have for sale if you are interested.
