Acquired from a local musician, this guitar seems like it was designed to play Metallica style riffs. The EMGs really do give this guitars tone that distinct EMG personality.

This guitar doesn't sit on a stand, it just goes back in the case. A road guitar.

It plays like butter with 100% perfect intonation. It's been setup to chug with brand new d'addario strings 10, 13, 17, 25, 34, 46.

I'm not an expert on these but it's seemingly rare, it comes without the ugly pickguard and also comes loaded with an equally rare set of passive EMGs. I don't know where they came from or the back story, the previous owner took that info to the grave.

These can fetch around 1200$ in mint condition but this one has very light cosmetic imperfections. If you're someone looking to save a few bucks, this is a nice deal.

Through my "research", I couldn't find out where it was built or much else. I'm pretty sure it's from 2004. Probably Korean made, as someone also had pointed out to me.

I don't think that should matter at all with the quality represented. It's a players guitar, with enormous resonance mixed with a peferct blend of brightness. Even unplugged you can feel it resonate.

If you do repair work at this level, it can be made like new again in just a few hours.

The flaws are all pictured. They aren't really noticeable unless you're inspecting the guitar closely under bright lights.

The headstock and neck are flawless, no fret buzz with low action. It's setup for rythym playing.

The bridge features a quick change system that enables the player to change out a broken string with haste. Makes sense, a guitar with a body like this was obviously designed for the stage.

Aside from the light imperfections pictured, this instrument is otherwise flawless.

It ships out in the original deluxe Ibanez case that has a huge compartment inside. The case is in very good condition on the outside and near perfect on the inside.
