Epiphone Zephyr Regent 1954 with original case

This was a one owner guitar that was found in a closet of a family friend it is in great shape for a guitar that sat in a closet for 15 years, I purchased this guitar 20 years ago from the family and have not done much with it and am ready to send it to someone who will give it the attention it needs
This guitar plays great, the neck it straight, the bindings have shrunk in many areas (from it long sit in a closet and age) there is also some pink fuzz from the case stuck to the finish on the side of the lower bout, (easily removed with some naphtha)
the original pick guard is in the case and in the condition I found in on the guitar when it was pulled from the closet in was stored in
Overall the guitar is in great shape for a 62 year old guitar, it has it nicks and dings which I tried to capture in the photos
