This is a TOA Echo Mixer EMX-10, a Japanese domestic microphone mixer with built-in analog BBD delay. It has three inputs, two microphone and one aux for instruments, plus a time and echo volume slider. It's warm and gritty and great for lo-fi effects. It's also pretty noisy, especially when you crank up the echo level, so buyer beware. This was probably used as a karaoke vocal effect.
I actually really love the sound of it and have one that I use in my own studio. It sounds amazing with analog synths.
Cosmetically, it shows some signs of wear. There's a spot under the Mic 1 label where tape was peeled off. There are some crackles and you might need to wiggle the output jack sometimes.
This is a 100V Japanese unit.
Note that shipping from Japan is very expensive so this unit will be sent surface. This means by boat so it will take about 8-10 weeks. Please factor this in when considering your purchase.
