I'm proud to introduce El Grande, an experimental circuit based on the 12AU7 pentode design. What would happen if you had a device that gave you full control of your low frequency content, boosted your signal with tasty tube harmonics, provided sick distortion, and is an all-tube instrument preamp?Wonder no more because it now exists! Look inside and you'll see that there is NO solid state semi conductors at all. No tricks, no gimmicks, just pure tube drive behind your signal.

I've designed the controls to be intuitive so that every player can dual in their sound quickly. Whether you play guitar, harmonica, bass, or keys, El Grande has the answer that you've been searching for. From clean boost to full on distortion roar, maximum tastefulness is achieved by rethinking what is possible with small signal tubes. Nothing sounds like it because nobody else makes anything even close to this without using some kind of solid state circuitry.

Controls:

Drive- sets the breakup point of the tube

Low- a LPF designed to tame the high frequency of any input signal

Low Shift- adjusts the cutoff frequency on the LPF.

I=4 kHz II=2.8 kHz

Dist.- activates the distortion function on the pedal

For preamp use, connect the OUT of El Grande to the LINE IN of the interface or mixer.

Try out other tubes such as NOS 12AU7s, 12AU7A, 12AY7, 5751, 5963 and even 6N2P (with adapter) for different sounds! Comes with a single 12AU7
