Washburn Idol T16 2018

Rarely played 2018 Idol T16 in excellent condition.
The distinctive Idol body shape was created by Washburn craftsman in 1999. The Idol T16 is a fresh take on the single cutaway and draws inspiration from the original Washburn WI36, originally outfitted with a single bridge pickup and lipstick pickup at the neck. The T16 is a bolt-on 25-1/2” scale length guitar with two USA made Seymour Duncan Vintage Stack pickups on an Ash body with a beautiful burled-Maple veneer and a vintage sunburst gloss finish. Pickup wiring includes a push-pull coil-split allowing the player to switch between noiseless Stacked tones and straight single coil output.

The T16 features a Wilkinson ashtray bridge with brass saddles and the Buzz Feiten Tuning System for accurate intonation throughout the ebony fretboard, delivering an instrument that allows the player to achieve all those rockabilly, country, and “chicken pickin’,” tones favored by Nashville pros. With it’s vintage sunburst and gold hardware the Washburn T16 is a distinctive, beautiful instrument that you can proudly play in any setting. Grover 18:1 ratio tuning machines. Gigbag included.

Duncan's Vintage Stack (STK-T3B) pickups are noiseless pickups that produce classic output and sound. Tone is warm, punchy and twangy as you'd expect. The Idol T15 also features a coil-split push-pull knob allowing you to switch between stacked and single-coil voicings.
