Bob Benedetto "Personal Instrument" Jazz Electric Guitar in Natural - 48004
A rare find, a one of a kind guitar. Here we have not just any Benedetto but Bob's Benedetto's personal guitar that he played at his home. As for the condition, it's in good shape with a few minor impressions (way too small to capture in a photo). Since this was not a production instrument we do not have exact specifications. Please contact us with any questions.

Custom guitar (Serial Number 48004) ws one of my personal guitars in which I made in my home workshop in Riverview, Florida, March, 2004. During that period standard Benedetto models were licensed to Fender Musical Instruments, Inc. and were being made at the Fender Custom Shop in Corona, California.
This guitar preceded, and is similar to, my Savannah-made Bravo Deluxe model. It includes walnut stained highly flamed maple veneer back with matching flamed maple sides and neck, laminated natural Sitka spruce top, walnut stained burl headstock veneer and B-6 pickup. Similar to my Manhattan model, it includes fine-lined binding and a cello-style tailpiece with endpin jack. Originally, it was fitted with Grover tuning machines, but I later changed them to Gotoh.
I played the guitar occasionally at home and owned it until August 2013.
