This is a Star ( Tama Drums ) Instruments Made in Japan Double Tom Stand. It is in Overall “Good” used condition, but is being sold for Restoration or Parts, because it is a Vintage piece, and it may need some care and attention to get it up to your standards. It is overall clean, but it is a little dusty. There is some minor patina, or loss of chrome. The L arms look fine. All of the wing bolts work fine. There are some minor dings in the down tube, from less than normal use. They don't show up in the pictures so well. The washers are all there. It can go pretty tall. The useable height appears to be between 28” and up to 42” inches, although I would make sure it is pretty well balanced it you place drums on it that high.
