Equipped with Alnico V Pole Pieces, the Tex Mex Single Coils feature crystal-clear treble response with a distinctive warm voice and are wonderfully suited for hotter sounds of Blues rock and wide-ranging cleans. Especially in the bridge position, additional windings provide a penetrating sound, while the reverse-polarized and wound middle pickup in the intermediate positions 2 and 4 avoids unwanted noise.
