I’m the second owner of this amp, which I
purchased as my band amp in 1973.
Back then, it was more affordable than a used 100 watt Twin Reverb. 44 years later, it is still in excellent cosmetic and working condition. About 6 years ago, it had gone through a
condition inspection (bias, caps, etc.) by a well-respected local tube amp
guru.
Specs:
- 2 Original heavy-duty Univox ProMag 20 oz. Alnico 12" speakers
- Univox U-1011 Lead chassis, 105 watts RMS, hand-wired, all tube (not original tubes), solid state power-supply
- 4- 6L6 power tubes, 5 -12AX7 and 12AU7 preamp tubes and 1- 6AN8A (spring) reverb circuit tube.
- 2 channels (Normal & Bright) / 4 total inputs (2 Normal / 2 Bright)
- Controls: Channels 1 & 2- volume, bass, middle, treble. Channel 2 includes- presence, reverb and tremolo, with all the original knobs
- 4 - ¼” speaker-out jacks
- Variable speaker Ohm control switch (2/4/8 ohms)
- Original tremolo/reverb footswitch
- Upgraded power
