This violin is on display at our store located in Phoenix, AZ. This E.R. Pfretzschner 301 3/4 violin was made in Germany in 1970 and later adjusted by Scherl & Roth in Cleveland, OH in 1972. It is a student level violin with the standard spruce top and maple back and sides. It has been re-strung with Red Label strings and also fitted with new fine tuners. There are a few nicks and scratches on both the top and back as well as some wear on its edges. These are minor cosmetic flaws and this instrument cleans up very well regardless. The pictured hard-shell case and a brand new student level brazilwood bow are included with this Pfretzschner 301. SJ
