1980's FISHER SC-300K Portable Music Composer System Boombox Stereo w/Keyboard

Super cool and rare Fisher SC-300K stereo music composer system. Basically a boombox with a removable musical keyboard, but also so much more. All components are interconnected when keyboard is docked which makes recording musical ideas convenient on cassette deck on boombox. There are also microphone inputs for recording or amplifying vocals or other external sounds. Boombox has a multi band radio and tape player/recorder. Runs on batteries in boombox and keyboard, but can also be powered by an adapter or direct plug. Tested with adapter and keyboard and boombox work as they should and are really fun to play. Radio is working good on all channels, Antenna straight. The sound of the speakers are really not bad ! Tape deck component has not been fully tested as the belt of the engine is broken, the motor is working but not moving the heads. You will get a repair kit on ebay. Also the volume slider would be happy to get some Dexit fade lube, it's very scratchy

overall the white color has become less or more yellow in some areas, but the unit is clean with less wear and tear...., the keys...are like some old teeth somehow, but do not be fooled by appearances, the sound and fun is awesome. Good old times ....
