This type of microphone was used in live music performance TV & game shows during the 70s. I believe Bob Barker may have used this or a similar type on The Price Is Right. Very cool.
It is a telescopic microphone, which means it is extendable as you can see in the pictures.
The microphone measures about 10 5/8" long. When extended it measures about 19 5/8".
The Cord is over 8 feet long.
The ECM-31A has a 1/4" jack connector and the ECM-31M has a 3.5mm mini-jack connector.
This is the ECM-31A with the 1/4" connector.
If you would like our technician to wire in a high quality XLR type connector to it, We can do so for an additional $15 USD. I thought it would be best to leave it all original in-case there is a collector who would like it just as it is!

Works like new, tested and sounds loud and clear just as it should.
Minimal wear if any, seems to be basically unused.
The actual item is in the pictures, please look closely !
Takes one AA battery by unscrewing the handle from the telescopic part as you can see in the picture.
Original box has slight scuffs and a very small tear but condition of the microphone is near mint condition.

Few others had sold on reverb at a similar price, so I will list it the same as it seems to be quite rare.
