Takamine 12-String Acoustic Guitar

Guitar is in excellent condition with little signs of use. Neck is straight with good action.
Laminated Spruce top with Mahogany back and sides. Guitar sounds amazing with the aged mahogany. Possibly one of the best sounding 12 string guitars Iv ever had. Deep base high resonance and booming.
New Martin Extra Light 10-54 Phosphorus Bronze strings installed.
Has some bridge lift but looks to be stable. Given pressure from below and above, bridge gap does not change with or without strings.
Guitar does not come with Case. Will safely pack and ship for safe delivery.
