I purchased this from a seller in Japan in 2007, it’s a great bass, studio duty only.
As described to me by seller in 2007::
”This bass you are getting is the top of the line hand made and already discontinued VINTAGE SERIES with Fe*der headstock/nitro lacquer finish (neck and body), Bacchus vintage style Alnico pickups with cloth wiring. They had to discontinue these a few years back due to legal matters with Fen*er Japan…”
Case included, which is in very good shape.
Good luck finding another like this - they seem to be rare as hens’ teeth(!)
