Kenyon Custom w/ TK Smith CCII Seymour Duncan P90 Bigsby B3 warmoth telecaster neck & gretsch duojet case

Hello. Up for purchase is a custom guitar that I make. It is based off of a gretsch duo jet body with a different cutaway. I have been building guitars for about 6 years now and will be begging to sell the builds I do, right now this is the only one I have for sale but will be more in the future and custom build to order is available. I make the body myself, the center is roasted alder and the top and back are ¼” Maple, the body is very heavily hollowed out. The neck is from Warmoth, it is a Gibson conversion scale with straight 95” radius. I make the bridge base myself out of rosewood and the bridge is a brass truarc, also 9.5” radius.

The pickups are a CTK smith CCII and Seymour Duncan antiquity P90, Pickups are hum cancelling in the middle position. This was possible stock but I just had to switch the leads on the tk smith pickup. Uses cts 500k pots, switchcraft switch and jack and a vintage cornell dubilier paper in oil cap 0.027. The jack plate is really nice but works best with a cable that is not wrapped, For cables that are wrapped at the end I just cut the very end off, see pic but cable not included.  

I put a TK Smith decal on the headstock. The headstock chipped off a little piece when I tried to put the string tree on the first time, I just glued the piece back and mounted the string tree fine, it works perfectly but you can see the little piece that chipped out and glued back but it is secure. Neck has not had frets leveled, it works great for me and I did not have need but you may find a fret level and your preferred set up is needed. Sperzel locking tuners. The tailpiece is a Bigsby B3, I cut the neck pocket at an angle so I don’t need to use shims. Comes with standard strap buttons, not straplocks, but that can be accommodated.

Wipe on poly finish, it is pretty shiny although I wouldn’t call it high gloss. Comes with a gretsch deluxe jet case G6238.
