This is a cool old mandolin. It is need a good bit of love but even as is, has a nice crisp tone and a pleasant ring when played. There is one tuner that the post was replaces and one tuner is missing a button. There are lots of marks throughout and close to where the neck meets the body there are separations from the top and bottom. Even with all that, it still has a nice sound and I think would be a great project.
