Very nice 87 year old Martin 0-18 guitar. Does show some loving wear, sounds great. Purchased by my Grandfather in 1936. Complete refurb by Elderly Instruments in Lansing, Michigan (details attached). Was determined that the cosmetics did not need to be repaired and that it was perhaps best to leave the original finish as-is. Please review photos carefully; I can take any other pics you may need. $12,500 or Best Offer. As this is an 87 year old guitar I must sell as is. LOCAL PICKUP is preferred but will meet in person up to 150 miles from zip 48827. payment is net to me. No money orders, Western Union, etc. Paypal is fine if you add 3%, but would prefer a CASH deal.
