We are Eclectic Sounds / aka: eclsounds - a store front in Portland, Or. We are open 7 days a week from 11 - 5 PST (by appointment)       Weight: 5lbs 15oz Serial Number: N 3015   Scale: 25.5" Nut width: 1.6" Neck: Maple Body: Maple Frets: 22 Finish: Cherry Burst   The bolted-on neck is bound and the body is bound in 5-ply laminated plastic.  The position markers are mother-of-pearl. The neck plates came in a variety of styles, but generally were rectangular.  The finish was either cherry or cherry-burst. There are actually four pickups on the Rangemaster.  The split-style arrangement is similar to that of a Fender Precision Bass.  Pickup one is for the lowest three strings at the neck.  Pickup two covers the upper three strings.  The bridge pickups are set the same way. Position 1 has all four pickups on. The next position is 1 and 2 (the neck pickups) the next button turned on 1 and 4. The next controls two and three. After that, the button controls three and four (the bridge pickup) and the final button turned the pickups off.  A single potentiometer controls the volume.       ( Due to people taking advantage of eBay / Reverb return policies; wanting to “try out and/or pilfer parts”  we can no longer take returns on used gear unless it arrives damaged. Sorry for this inconvenience. We test and guarantee all gear to be 100% working unless stated otherwise )
