For sale is an original 1960 double cutaway Les Paul Special with a solid mahogany body and original TV Yellow finish. The guitar features two P-90 pickups, a double-cutaway design, and original wiring, except for the volume and tone knobs.

The guitar has a comfortable slim-profile mahogany neck with a rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, and 22 frets. The wraparound bridge, single-ply black pickguard, and repo tuners are all in good working order, with the original tuners included in the case.

While there has been no neck or heel repair, there is a large chip near the neck pickup. The guitar shows signs of wear and checking, indicative of its 60+ years of age. I am happy to provide additional photos upon request.

This guitar has an incredible sound and is honestly the best I've ever played. It's a reluctant sale, but it's time for someone else to make music with this truly amazing instrument.
