ANECDOTAL:
Unit was bought as floor model in 2016, and used (barely) in a smoke-free studio.
Picked up some minor wear, but note that most of the "lines" in pictures are dust-bunnies.
Scuffs were there when I bought it; I've keep the unit in a carpeted case, and never rackmounted it.
The stains (above crossfader and headphone jack, spots visible in pics), are from trying to remove glued-on LabelMaker labels that left residue. Didn't fully come off w/ GooGone, so a bit of acetone took the glue off, but left a bit of "glare". I've cleaned it up best I can. This is all cosmetic; still works and sounds like-new; no wear on fader or jacks, nothing crackles or hisses (except your records, LOL).
NOTE on Knobs : I ordered extra knobs in assorted colors to match the color-scheme of the button-lights...
- blue for Flex FX
- yellow for Channel Selection/Cue
- purple for the Filters
- keep white only for Gain / Trim
...so the units is even easier (than stock) to use in the dark.
